Overview



	The The Florida Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 12:00 Noon – 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	The Offices of: The Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida, 542 East Park Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, and by teleconference at (866) 578.5716 Conference Code 6813188.

Subject:	(A) Review and Consideration of all matters relating to the application of the Ringling College of Art and Design to the Authority for the issuance by the Authority of refunding revenue bonds Series 2014 in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $17,730,000 to refund bonds previously issued by the Authority, including the consideration of a resolution to authorize the issuance of said refunding bonds and all other actions necessary in connection with such issuance. (B) Any other matters that may come before the Authority.
