PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to amend Rule 49B-1.007 and 49B-1.010 to update statutory references; to amend Rule 49B-1.011 to increase the General Manager's spending authority and settlement authority from $50,000 to $100,000; to amend Rule 49B-1.013 to reference that the General Manager may delegate the functions of Agency Clerk to another agency employee;  and to amend Rule 49B-1.077 to reflect the agency's current physical address.

SUBJECT:

Statutory authority for the agency, delegation of authority to the agency's General Manager, delegation of Agency Clerk functions, and agency address.
