RULE:

6A-6.021

State of Florida High School Diplomas (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal rule 6A-6.021, F.A.C. as it references an equivalency exam which is no longer available and rule 6A-6.0201, F.A.C., references the new equivalency exam available as of January 1, 2014.

SUMMARY:

A new equivalency exam became available on January 1, 2014, which was developed for college and career readiness.  In addition, the eligibility criteria for testing centers, statewide testing fee for the equivalency exam, as well as fees and services such as the productions of duplicate documents, were established.
