License Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to replace a reference to home inspectors with a reference to mold assessors or mold remediators in the “Good Moral Character” section of this rule.

The amendment will replace a reference to home inspectors with a reference to mold assessors or mold remediators in the “Good Moral Character” section of this rule.
