RULE:

69L-31.015

Managed Care Arrangements (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Department has determined that it lacks the required rulemaking authority necessary for the administration of Rule 69L-31.015, F.A.C. Therefore, the rule is repealed.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69L-31.015, F.A.C., is being repealed , as its provisions are not in accord with the Department’s rulemaking authority.
