RULE:

69A-37.050

Types of Training Certificates Issued (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is the repeal of Rule 69A-37.050, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69A-37.050, F.A.C., lists and describes firefighter training certificates issued by the Division of State Fire Marshal. The enactment of Chapter 2013-183, LOF, resulted in substantial changes to s. 633, F.S. Those changes included the listing and description of Division-issued firefighter training certificates under s. 633.408, F.S. The law, as revised, renders Rule 69A-37.050, F.A.C., redundant of statute; the rule is repealed.
