RULE:

64B8-13.004	Requirements for Reactivation of an Inactive License
64B8-13.005	Continuing Education for Biennial Renewal

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment to 64B8-13.004 is intended to remove an outdated reference in the rule.  The proposed amendment to rule 64B8-13.005 removes the language regarding continuing education audits that are no longer conducted by the Department.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule amendments remove an outdated rule reference and language which is no longer necessary.
