Forever Fabulous Second Chance Promotion (Replaced by 53ER16-8)

SUMMARY:

The Department of the Lottery will conduct the Forever Fabulous Second Chance Promotion between January 7, 2014, and March 31, 2014, in which three second chance drawings will be held and special prizes will be awarded.
