Florida Education Finance Program Student Membership Surveys

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to extend the Florida Virtual School (FLVS) Survey Period 1 amendment deadline, allowing revisions to common student identifiers, and to update the definition of certain students with disabilities who may be reported for Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) student transportation funds.

SUBJECT:

Extension for the Florida Virtual School of the deadline for amending a common student identifier for Survey Period 1 until the Survey Period 2 amendment deadline and FEFP funding of certain transported students with disabilities.
