RULE:

68A-16.001	Migratory Birds; Adoption of Federal Statutes and Regulations
68A-16.002	Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2014, associated with birds.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include adoption of Federal statutes and regulations regarding migratory birds.  The subject area also includes rules associated with the conservation of bald eagles.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY:

Art. IV, Sec. 9, Florida Constitution.

LAW:
