Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Four announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 5:30 p.m., Formal Presentation at 6:30 p.m., followed by a public comment period. In the event that the public hearing cannot be held on October 24, 2013 due to severe weather or other unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternative date of November 7, 2013 at the same time at the FDOT District Four Auditorium, 3400 W. Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309.

PLACE:	The Signature Grand, 6900 State Road 84, Davie, Florida 33317

Subject:	This Hearing is being held to allow interested persons an opportunity to express their views regarding the tolling of the I-595 Express Lanes from I-75 to the west to I-95 to the east in Broward County (Financial Management Number 420809-3-52-01).
