PURPOSE:

Amendments are necessary to provide for expanded diversion services, to update procedures governing supervision in the community, and to establish an effective response system to address non-compliance.

SUBJECT:

The amendments address diversion services, community supervision, and the procedures used to transfer, violate and terminate supervision in the community.
