Public Comment

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is intended to address the  recent statutory addition set forth in Section 286.0114, F.S., with regard to public participation in public meetings.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule sets forth the requirements and limits for those members of the public who desire to speak at the Board’s public meetings.
