PURPOSE:

The District proposes amendment of these rules to reduce regulatory burdens by saving the taxpayers and applicants the cost of publishing notices of certain types of permit applications in the newspaper.

SUBJECT:

The District proposes to provide posting on the District's website as an alternative to publishing certain types of permit applications in the newspaper, and to define the term posting to inform the public where notices can be accessed.
