PURPOSE:

For Rule 61G1-16.001, the Board proposes the rule amendment to update the description of the Architect’s and Interior Designer’s Seal. For Rule 61G1-16.002, the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify language concerning registered interior designers and seals stating “Licensed Interior Designer.” For Rule 61G1-16.005, the Board proposes the rule amendment to provide procedures for digitally signing and sealing and electronically transmitting plans, specifications, reports or other documents.
