Care of Inmates

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to expand the time that inmates may be required to wear their class A uniforms in order to ensure that inmates are prepared to report to their work or program assignments on time.

SUMMARY:

Expanding the time that inmates may be required to wear their class A uniforms.
