PURPOSE:

In accordance with Chapter 2013-227, Section 1, LOF, (Section 286.0114, F.S. (2013)), the proposed new rule Chapter 34-16 sets forth procedures for reasonable opportunities for the public to be heard during public meetings of the Florida Commission on Ethics.

SUBJECT:

The procedures for public meetings of the Florida Commission on Ethics are affected by this rulemaking.
