	The FWCJUA Rates & Forms Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 10, 2013 beginning at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

PLACE:	FWCJUA Office, located at 6003 Honore Avenue, Suite 204, Sarasota, FL 34238.

Subject:	Agenda topics may include approval of minutes; actuarial services provider selection; 2014 rate indication; NCCI affiliation; loss sensitive rating plan; Operations Manual; and review of rates, rating plans & policy forms and associated matters to include application forms.
