RULE:

64B15-13.002

Continuing Education Requirements for Reactivation

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to clarify the continuing education requirements with regard to reactivation of an inactive license.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment requires at least 10 of the 20 continuing medical education (CME) hours to be AOA Category 1A hours.  Additionally, at least 5 of the CME hours must be in compliance with Rule 64B15-13.001, F.A.C.
