RULE:

1S-2.040

Statewide Uniform Voter Registration Application

PURPOSE:

The rule change is intended to comply with recent legislation regarding the statewide uniform voter registration application. The rule change will add fields for an email address and an indication whether an applicant desires sample ballots to be delivered by email. This change requires rulemaking to incorporate the amended form.
