	The Board of Occupational Therapy announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Notice of Change - Please note the October 7, 2013 Probable Cause Panel meeting has been rescheduled to take place via conference call on September 26, 2013, beginning 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter.

PLACE:	Conference Call: 1 (888) 670-3525. After dialing the meet me number, when prompted, insert the 4389078941 followed by the # sign in order to join the meeting.

Subject:	Probable Cause Panel. A meeting or portion of a probable cause panel meeting is public only if a case or cases are public by reason of reconsideration.
