School Accountability for Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Center Schools

PURPOSE:

This is a new rule to implement requirements of Section 1008.3415, Florida Statutes, including establishing a definition of “ESE center school” for accountability purposes and implementing provisions of Section 1008.3415 (F.S.).  As required in statute, the new rule addresses accountability processes for ESE centers, including school improvement ratings and requirements for crediting back scores to home schools as applicable.
