Ethics Training Course Content

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule establishes course content for the 4 hours of mandatory ethics training that constitutional officers are required to obtain annually.

SUMMARY:

Providers of ethics training are encouraged to offer training that covers a myriad of subjects involving Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution, and Chapter 112, Part III, Florida Statutes.
