Subject:	Title: Meeting of Department Evaluators for the Technical Assistance for Ethnic Community-Based Organizations (ECBOs) in Duval County (ITN# 05K13BS1). Description: As provided for in Sections 2.5 and 5.2 of this ITN which was published to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on June 5, 2013. The VBS can be accessed at: http://vbs.dms.state.fl.us/. The purpose of the Meeting of Department Evaluators is to review the scoring, criteria and ranking instructions with the evaluators who have been selected to evaluate the replies that are received.
