Food Assistance Program Income and Expenses

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment decreases the standard utility allowance, the basic utility allowance and the telephone standard used in the calculation of benefits for the Food Assistance Program.

SUMMARY:

The amendment decreases Food Assistance Program standard utility allowances.
