Certificate of Need Application Procedures

PURPOSE:

The agency is proposing to update the rule pursuant to the amendment of 408.037 (1) (c), F.S., as well as correcting a statutory citation and updating the batching calendar.

SUMMARY:

The agency is proposing to update the rule pursuant to the amendment effective July 1, 2012 to 408.037 (1) (c), F.S., to expand the applicant’s available options regarding audited financial statements.  A statutory citation is corrected within the body of the rule.  In addition, the 2014 batching calendar is added.
