RULE:

64J-2.006

Trauma Registry and Trauma Quality Improvement Program

PURPOSE:

To incorporate by reference the 2013 Edition of the Florida Trauma Registry Manual Data Dictionary, DOH Pamphlet 150-13.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule language changes the title and date of the current manual and incorporates the 2013 edition of the manual by reference.
