Granting Retailer Contracts and Certificates of Authority (Replaced by 53ER19-22)

SUMMARY:

This emergency rule sets forth the provisions relating to granting a retailer contract and the issuance of a Certificate of Authority. This emergency rule replaces Emergency Rule 53ER05-11, Fla. Admin. Code.
