	The Gulf Consortium Executive Committee announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	This will be the first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Gulf Consortium. The Committee will select two additional Directors to serve on the Committee and conduct other businss. In accordance with section 163.01, the location of the conference call is the Florida Association of Counties, 100 S. Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
