Scope/Applicability/References

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendment adopts by reference the modifications to the testing procedures approved for analysis and sampling under the Clean Water Act in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 136 (40 CFR 136) revised as of May 18, 2012.  This proposed amendment adopts the revision made to 40 CFR 136 in the Federal Register at 77 FR 29757.
