64B4-6.001

Renewal of Active License

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments to include the requirement that after every third biennium after initial licensure, a licensee must complete three hour of laws and rules continuing education credits.

SUMMARY:

The requirement will be added that after every third biennium after initial licensure, a licensee must complete three hours of laws and rules continuing education credits.
