60S-2.016	Credit for Periods of Suspension Without Pay or Rescinded Dismissal

PURPOSE:

Amending the rules of the Division of Retirement to correspond with statutory changes up through the 2012 Legislative session; deleting obsolete language, making technical corrections to rule and to incorporate by reference two revised division forms.

SUBJECT:

Credit under the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan for past service, military service, leaves of absence, out-of-state and in-state service, periods of suspension without pay or rescinded dismissal and the value of each year of creditable service under the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan.
