RULE:

28-102.001	Notice of Public Meeting, Hearing, or Workshop

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments seek to conform to statutory changes regarding materials required to be posted on an agency’s website and to conform to statutory language relating to matters posing an immediate danger to the public health, safety, or welfare.

SUMMARY:

The rule chapter language is amended to conform to statutory changes.
