PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment allows pediatric dentists to transfer conscious sedation permits to a pediatric conscious sedation permits at the next biennial renewal.

The proposed rule amendment sets forth the criteria for pediatric dentists to transfer conscious sedation permits to a pediatric conscious sedation permits at the next biennial renewal.
