PURPOSE:

The purpose of these rules is to establish the disciplinary violations for which licensed community association managers and community association management firms may receive a notice of non-compliance or citation for.  Furthermore, these rules establish violations which may proceed through mediation rather than through the disciplinary process.

SUBJECT:

Citations, notices of non-compliance and mediation for disciplinary violations committed by community association managers and community association management firms.
