Computation of Time (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Department is proposing to amend the rule to clarify the definition of “holiday” for appeal purposes.

SUMMARY:

The definition of holiday is amended to provide that the closing of the United States Postal Service will on constitute a holiday for purposes of the filing date of an appeal when the appeal was sent by mail.
