PURPOSE:

Rule 69U-110.005, F.A.C., is to be amended to strike the requirement that application forms be filed in triplicate. Rule 69U-110.021, F.A.C., is to be amended to delete and clarify certain reporting requirements concerning board members, committee members, and officers. Rule 69U-110.031, F.A.C., is to be amended to delete language made obsolete by statutory changes.
