PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments will update the rules to conform to the current statutory provisions in the Florida Public Records Law, Chapter 119, F.S., and the Florida Insurance Code, Chapters 624-632, 634, 635, 636, 641, 642, 648, and 651, F.S.

SUBJECT:

Inspection and copying of public records and fees and special service charges.
