	The Florida Rehabilitation Council, Quarterly Meeting announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 16-18, 2012 8:00 am - Until meeting is complete

PLACE:	Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverfront 1201 Riverplace Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207

Subject:	To conduct a meeting of the Florida Rehabilitation Council.Any interested parties that need further information may contact: Paige Sharpton at (850)245-3397. For appeal process see Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Please note that committees of the Florida Rehabilitation Council will meet at various times throughout the year to carry out the work of the council; the meeting dates and times will be posted at: www.rehabworks.org at least seven days before the meeting. Persons who want to be notified of such meetings may request to be put on a mailing list by writing to: Paige Sharpton at the Council’s address, 2001- A Old St. Augustine Rd.
