General Information (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board reviewed the rule as required by Executive Order 11-01 and proposes to repeal the rule as it is unnecessary and not statutorily mandated.

SUMMARY:

As required by Executive Order 11-01, the rule was reviewed and is being repealed as it is unnecessarily burdensome and duplicative of Section 119.07, F.S.
