Overview



	The State Board of Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, February 13, 2012, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon (EST)

PLACE:	Room 116 (Hermitage Conference Room), The Hermitage Centre, 1801 Hermitage Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32308

Subject:	General business of the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee consists of three (3) members appointed by the Board of Trustees (Board), whose purpose is to assist the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities. The Committee shall serve as an independent and objective party to monitor processes for financial reporting, internal controls and risk assessment, audit processes, and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. The Audit Committee operates under Section 215.444(2)(c), Florida Statutes. Any changes to the above meeting date and/or time (including the cancellation of such meeting) will be posted on the SBA’s website: http://www.sbafla.com at least 7 calendar days prior to the meeting.
