Burn Units

PURPOSE:

This rule will be repealed.

SUMMARY:

Statutory requirements revoke rulemaking authority from the Certificate of Need purview. A new Burn Unit licensure rule was established in December 2010, pursuant to Section 408.0361, F.S.
