Forms and Instructions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To further the goals of Executive Order 11-211, to reduce regulatory burdens on the citizens of Florida, the District proposes to amend its rules and associated forms to reduce the number of copies applicants are required to submit to one.

SUMMARY:

The District proposes to amend Forms 0971, 0972 and 0980 to reduce the number of required copies to one. This rule which lists the forms must be amended to reflect the new effective date of those forms.
