64B8-9.017

Optional Informed Consent for Cataract Surgery

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of a rule to address an optional informed consent form which physicians may use as their consent form for cataract surgery.

SUBJECT:

Pursuant to Section 458.351(6), F.S., the Board intends to set forth the optional informed consent form which physicians may utilize for cataract surgical procedures.
