PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The sections proposed for repeal are either advisory in nature, repeat statutory provisions, duplicate requirements found in other rules of the agency, or are based on statutory authority that no longer exists. They are unnecessary and in some cases could create uncertainty over applicability.
