RULE:

18-18.011	Agreements (Repealed)
18-18.016	Enforcement (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unneccessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Repeal Rules 18-18.011 and 18-18.016, F.A.C, Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserve, as the rule is duplicative of Florida Statutes, rendering the rule unnecessary.
