Qualification for Certification

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to modify the language for the alternative to experience required under Section 489.111(2)(c)1.-3., Florida Statutes, for swimming pool/spa servicing applicants.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will modify the language for the alternative to experience required under Section 489.111(2)(c)1.-3., Florida Statutes, and the forty hours of instruction.
