General Permit for Construction, Operation, Maintenance, Alteration, Abandonment or Removal of Minor Silvicultural Surface Water Management Systems (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to adopt a revised Application Procedure for a Noticed General Permit for a Minor Silvicultural Surface Water Management System and Notice of Intent to Construct a Minor Silvicultural Surface Water Management System Form, which form is amended to reduce the number of copies required for submittal from 5 to 1 original and 2 copies and delete a requirement that it be sent by certified mail.

SUMMARY:

This amendment is part of a District initiative to reduce the number of copies of permit application forms, supporting materials and compliance-related reports and documents that are required to be submitted. The overall purpose and effect of this initiative is to reduce costs to the public associated with the submittal of permit applications and the reporting of permit compliance activities to the District.
