Applications

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to incorporate the revised application fees into the Board’s application rule.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments incorporate the revised medical doctor application form; the limited license application form; the application form for practice in an area of critical need; and the medical faculty certificate application form into the Board’s application rule.
