Delegation of Authority

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to incorporate by reference an Amendment to the Well Construction Permitting Agreement Between the Southwest Florida Water Management District and Marion County Health Department. The Amendment is effective October 1, 2011 and extends the delegation of well construction permitting responsibility to Marion County for 5 more years.
